CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% of the total cost will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

HOLDING FEES

We accept bookings by phone, fax, email or direct booking link. To confirm a booking with us, we require a deposit of 30% - this can be paid via electronic payment, or we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards – for this we will need the full number, cardholder name as it appears on the card and expiry date. Please note no charge is made against your credit card prior to your arrival date unless cancellation charges apply.
