Martinborough is just a 15 minute drive away. Cellar doors are open all year round. Experience the local vineyards by foot, bike, car or as a part of a guided tour. 

The Rail Trail

 

The Greytown Trail is a scenic track connecting Greytown to the Woodside Rail Station. The 5 kilometre track is perfect for both walking and cycling. 

Leisure Activities

 

The Wairarapa is full of scenic landscapes and walking tracks. Castle point, Riversdale and Lake Ferry are all in close proximity.

GETTING THERE

By Car: Just one hour from Wellington. Take State Highway 2 over the Rimutaka Ranges. 

By Train: Take the train to Woodside station. Then it is a short bus ride to the main street of Greytown.
